RETURN POLICY
14-Day Return Policy
You may return your CleanBuddy Robot Vacuum within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. To be eligible for a return, the product must be shipped back within this 14-day period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
✓ The CleanBuddy Robot Vacuum must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
✓ All included accessories, manuals, and components must be returned with the product.
✓ The product must not show signs of use, misuse, or modification.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, including any shipping fees, customs charges, import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees associated with the return shipment.
We strongly recommend using a fully trackable and insured shipping service. CleanBuddy Vacuum is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments without valid tracking confirmation.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Products purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns remain eligible for return and refund, provided all return conditions are met.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
✗ Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or improperly handled.
✗ Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
✗ Products returned after the 14-day return period has expired.
✗ Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your CleanBuddy Robot Vacuum arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@cleanbuddyvacuum.com
within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue so our support team can assist you promptly.
Return Authorization
Before sending any return, customers must first request return authorization by contacting our customer support team via email.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected by our supplier, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
International Returns
Please note that all returns are sent to our supplier’s international warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs for international shipments may be higher than domestic shipping rates.
